TIME Interconnect Investment Limited, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of TIME Interconnect Technology Limited ("TIME Interconnect Technology") has completed the acquisition of GP Industries Marketing Limited ("GPIM") and its subsidiary, Huizhou GP Wiring Technology Ltd ("GPWT"). GPIM becomes an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of TIME Interconnect Technology (Stock Code: 1729).

 

We believe that this acquisition will bring synergy to both parties in terms of customer base, sales channels, product development and production platform, etc.
