We are pleased to announce that Dejinchang Investment Limited and its ten subsidiaries ("Dejinchang") have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company.

Established in 2001, Dejinchang is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sales of copper wires products.  It operates six production facilities located in Huizhou, Nantong and Ji’an in China, as well as in Thailand and Vietnam.  With its manufacturing bases, sales networks, logistics, and supply chain capabilities in these Southeast Asia countries, it will help TIME expand its global footprint, effectively diversify our geopolitical risk exposure, and drive further vertical integration to unlock operational synergies.

We believe that the integration of TIME and Dejinchang will broaden the Group’s product portfolio and enhance our competitiveness in the global landscape, opening a new chapter in our product and business expansion!
