We are pleased to announce that Cosmic M.E. Inc. (hereinafter called "CME"), has become a subsidiary of TIME Interconnect Technology Limited (Stock Code: 1729) following our share subscription on 17 July 2024.

CME is a Japanese company, having a proven operating history of over 30 years.  It is engaged in the developing, manufacturing and selling of electronic medical instruments and other medical equipment and devices.  We believe that the subscription will allow us to leverage on CME’s extensive know-how and existing production facilities to immediately deliver reliable and high-quality medical products to our existing and new customers.  It will certainly bring synergy to both parties for the development of medical-related products in terms of R&D, manufacturing capabilities and global market expansion.
