TIME Interconnect Technology Limited, in collaboration with the Medical Engineering and Innovation Association under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, announces the first Hong Kong Medical Technology Innovation World Cup. This pioneering competition aims to bring together global medical technology innovators, showcase cutting-edge solutions in patient treatment, rehabilitation, and health monitoring, and accelerate the development of next-generation medical technologies.

The event was officially unveiled on November 17, 2025, at MEDICA in Germany, one of the world’s leading medical technology trade fairs. Innovators and companies worldwide are invited to submit breakthrough solutions in medical devices, smart wearables, and biotechnology. The submission deadline is January 9, 2026. Finalists will have the opportunity to present their projects at the WT | Wearable Technologies Conference, held at Hong Kong Science Park on March 4–5, 2026. Winning teams will gain international exposure, strategic partnerships, business development support, and the chance to integrate into Hong Kong’s vibrant innovation ecosystem.
